Delete Account — Spunchy

This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data — including bookings, profile, vehicle information, and earnings history — will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, phone number, email, photo)
All past and active bookings
Vehicle and driver records (Provider accounts)
Wallet balance, earnings, and transaction history
Ratings and reviews given or received
Push notification tokens and preferences

Processing time

We will process your request within 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
If you have any active bookings, please cancel them before requesting deletion
